Of The Recent Past and Magic

Bismillah… Hullo! , it has been so long. Many times had I intended to write a post, but ended up with nothing but a series of blank drafts. They were words of course, chunks of alphabets that probably do carry meaning as individuals but make no sense what so ever as a sentence. Blank like my days, vacuous like my mind and empty like my heart. Okay, enough with the drama. Frankly speaking, my days ain’t so blank, albeit jobless… I loiter around running some errands. My mind is often pretty occupied with things the world doesn’t have to know… and my heart, a heart is never empty when it’s home. J This is my very first post from home since I’m back for good. And as I said, I’m still jobless, looking for job, if that sounds a bit more optimistic. Ahaha.. I miss Melbourne but I’m not going to go long into that. So my updates? Well, a day after my graduation which attended only by the Malaysia Hall warden and a friend, I flew home, with a heavy heart. What awaited me ...

Puteh sebu mek ni. XD

People say a picture is worth a thousand words. Thus this post is worth a bible. ;) According to brother, the purpose of this jalan-jalan is to makan. *burrp*heee.., It has flourished pretty well... what? poverty? Penang pun ada org miskin, cuma tak gebang kat tivi. I sense a strong influence of post-modernist spirit in many of its buildings. Fuhhhh! It's hard to believe that that was my second visit to Kelantan after 14 years. My nephew was still an embryo then... yet, he visited Kelantan many times than I did. I should cuti-cuti Malaysia more. ;)

Lazy Day

It's winter... It's holiday.. Sounds great, I really wish it will turn out as great as it sounds... so far.. Its been okay... These few days...Somehow, I sort of realise that one of the things that is keeping me together is architecture... the workloads, flood of ideas that occupy my brain all the times, clear intention to turn on my computer.... they make me feel like.. myself... Today... I decided to stay in... after a few days of great outings especially with Oya.. I just want to comfortably nest under my warmth quilt.. read a book with some chocolate biscuits and a glass of milk on my bedside table, accompanied by subtle music buzzing from my laptop... yeah.. I've been lazy... I also browse through websites and blogs trying to find some good poems to read... not many that I could find though.. how I wish I have one of A. Samad Said, Usman Awang or Chairil Anwar poeems compilation with... It's so sad to say that I don't even have any of those... :( ... Anyone who...

SYDNEY

It has been a while since i last posted. I went to Sydney a couple of days ago it was really a last minute decision.. thanks for my mates who let me join them even though i initially had turned down the invite... It was really a trip to remember... too many to write on, or i rather list em down... 1. I sit on the wrong seat in the train but realized it before the passenger come in.. 2. The backpackers' hostel which we stayed in is called 'asylum' 3. We met a Fiji uncle who was really speculative about..well, everything that he talked about that day... 4. Sydney Opera house is cool. 5. I had a fight with a ticket seller at a ferry ticket counter after he assaulted me with his word. I was surprised with myself... never thought that i could be really outspoken and have so much guts to burst out like that in front of an Australian.. i suppose i was really hungry too..I guess, the saying is true.. a hungry man is an angry man.. we were having a problem finding a halal food. it w...
